Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Effective October 1, 2026

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions apply to direct wholesale purchases from Cedar Street Candle Co. By applying for a wholesale account, receiving wholesale access, or placing a wholesale order, the retailer agrees to the terms below.

Wholesale Account Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are intended for established retailers and businesses purchasing Cedar Street Candle Co. products for resale.

Wholesale accounts are subject to review and approval by Cedar Street Candle Co. We may request business information, resale documentation, or other information needed to verify wholesale eligibility.

Wholesale access is provided to the approved business and may not be transferred or shared with another business.

Minimum Order

The minimum for all direct wholesale orders is $150.00.

Orders below the minimum cannot be submitted through the Cedar Street wholesale shop.

Wholesale Pricing

Approved wholesale customers receive wholesale pricing through their Cedar Street wholesale account.

Wholesale pricing, product availability, case-pack quantities, and suggested retail pricing are displayed in the wholesale shop and are subject to change.

Suggested retail prices are recommendations only. Retailers remain responsible for establishing their own resale prices.

Case-Pack Ordering

Products must be ordered according to the case-pack quantities shown in the wholesale shop.

Current standard case packs include:

• 7.2 oz candles: case of 6

• 13 oz candles: case of 4

• Room & Linen Sprays: case of 6

Case-pack quantities may vary by product and may change as products or packaging are updated. The quantities displayed in the wholesale shop at the time of ordering control.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are assigned by Cedar Street Candle Co. and may vary by wholesale account.

Available terms may include payment due at fulfillment or Net 30. The payment terms shown on the retailer's wholesale account and order will apply to that purchase.

Cedar Street Candle Co. reserves the right to modify or withdraw credit terms for future orders.

Shipping

Cedar Street Candle Co. provides free standard shipping on direct wholesale orders meeting the $150 minimum order requirement, unless otherwise noted before checkout.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the retailer. Retailers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Cedar Street Candle Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Taxes and Resale Documentation

Wholesale customers requesting tax-exempt purchasing must provide valid resale documentation applicable to their business and jurisdiction.

Washington retailers must provide a valid Washington reseller permit or other documentation acceptable for a wholesale sale.

The retailer is responsible for maintaining valid resale authority and for notifying Cedar Street Candle Co. if that authority expires, changes, or is revoked.

If adequate resale or exemption documentation is not provided or is no longer valid, Cedar Street Candle Co. may collect applicable sales tax.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact Cedar Street Candle Co. promptly if an order needs to be changed or canceled.

Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered production, packing, or fulfillment. Cedar Street Candle Co. may approve or decline an order change or cancellation depending on the status of the order.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Merchandise

Please inspect wholesale shipments promptly upon delivery.

Claims for merchandise that is damaged, defective, missing, or shipped incorrectly should be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include the order number and, when applicable, photographs of damaged products and packaging.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement product, account credit, refund, or another appropriate remedy at Cedar Street Candle Co.'s discretion.

Returns

Wholesale purchases are considered final sale except for approved claims involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

Unsold inventory, customer returns, seasonal merchandise, or products ordered in error are not eligible for return unless Cedar Street Candle Co. agrees otherwise in writing.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Cedar Street Candle Co. may add, discontinue, reformulate, repackage, or temporarily remove products from wholesale availability without prior notice.

Seasonal and limited-release products are available while supplies last.

Authorized Resale

Wholesale products are purchased for resale by the approved retailer.

Retailers may sell Cedar Street Candle Co. products through their approved physical retail location and their own business website or online store.

Resale through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, or similar platforms requires prior written approval from Cedar Street Candle Co.

Wholesale products may not be resold to another wholesaler, distributor, or reseller for further wholesale distribution without prior written permission.

Cedar Street Branding

Cedar Street Candle Co. trademarks, logos, product photography, product descriptions, and other brand materials remain the property of Cedar Street Candle Co. or their respective owners.

Approved retailers may use Cedar Street-provided brand materials to promote authentic Cedar Street products they carry, provided the materials are not materially altered or used in a misleading manner.

Retailers may not represent themselves as Cedar Street Candle Co., an exclusive Cedar Street retailer, or an authorized representative of Cedar Street Candle Co. unless specifically authorized in writing.

Account Status

Cedar Street Candle Co. reserves the right to suspend or discontinue wholesale access when an account no longer meets wholesale requirements, has unpaid balances, misuses wholesale pricing, violates these terms, or engages in activity that could reasonably harm the Cedar Street brand.

Changes to These Terms

Cedar Street Candle Co. may update these Wholesale Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The terms in effect when an order is placed will apply to that order. Continued use of a wholesale account after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
