WHY CEDAR STREET CANDLE CO.?

We pride ourselves on providing more than a candle. Our quality scents are powerful and awaken the senses within you. We work to provide you with natural, sustainable and reusable products. We use phthalate free frangrances and natural cotton wicks. We source USA made products when possible and bring healthy products into your home.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, please reach out to us! If your item is lost in transit, your purchase will be refunded or you may choose another item of equal value.  We are unable to cover the cost of return shipping but will gladly exchange your items for something of equal value.
 

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all of our products via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 2-3 business days across the United States. We use a third party shipping partner that provides a notification email with tracking information once your items have left our facility. Your item will ship out within 2 business days of your order. If you are local and would like to pick up your order, please contact us to schedule a time.

We currently only ship to the United States. If you reside outside the United States, please email us and we will help find a way to get out products in your hands.

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email from us, you can cancel or change the order. Contact us so we can make the corrections to your order. If your products have left our location we are unable to cancel the order; however, we will work with you to exchange or return your items.
 

MATERIALS WE USE

All of our products are handmade using US grown soy wax, high quality fragrance oil, natural cotton core wicks and reusable containers. Your health is important to our mission and all products are sustainable and phalate-free.
 

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WHILE BURNING CANDLES

Candle safety should be constantly practices when you have one lit in your home. A few things to remember follows:

  • Keep burning candles out of the reach of children and pets.

  • Always trim wick to 1/4” each time before burning.

  • Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch on fire.
