Candle Care | Safety
Candle Care & Safety: Practicing proper candle care and safety is essential whenever you have a candle lit in your home. Here are some key tips to remember:
- Keep burning candles out of reach of children and pets.
- Always trim the wick to 1/4” before each use and never leave trimmed wicks in the candle jar.
- Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
- Allow the melted wax pool to reach the edge of the jar during each burn to prevent uneven burning or tunneling.
- Do not burn candles for more than four hours at a time.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Stop using the candle once only 1/4” of wax remains at the bottom.
- Avoid placing lit candles on surfaces that may overheat.
- Discontinue use if the wick curls, as this can cause an excessively high flame.

International or Out-of-Area Shipping: If you live outside our standard shipping area, please email us with your address and the items you’re interested in purchasing. We’ll work to find a cost-effective shipping carrier and provide you with a quote. If you’re satisfied with the shipping costs, we can complete your order.

Additionally, there are some products that we are unable to source domestically, but we strive to select the most sustainable options available globally.
Our kraft product packaging is made with recycled materials—some using 100% recycled content with 95% post-consumer waste. For our colored packaging, such as tubes or boxes, we source options with the highest recycled material content available.
